Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive from us, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them and returned in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please take a photo of the item—and the shipping box if it was also damaged—and contact us right away. These photos help us if we need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Getting started is easy: just email us at customerservice@elizabethlavenderco.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions for sending your package back. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping, within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out so we can look into it for you.
